The Body as a being in its wholeness of mess and flowing nature is here for us to connect and thrive with and not something to dominate with the ideas of a perfect structure. When we move into a relationship with the being that this body is, we step into Embodiment.
Embodied relationship is when I connect with people, not just through an idea or concept in my mind but also through my body, cells, energy, blood, and every movement with this being be it a person or not, has a rhytm, texture, sensation to it.
Movement meditation is a process of mind-body connection. It is in this process where we witness the interconnected world that we have within. The mind body energy leads us to experience every sensation and feeling within.
We live in a structure where we hyper fixate on individuality, self led work and self help. The inter generational, collective and cultural trauma has made us believe that we need to look out for ourselves as nobody else will.
