Movement meditation is a process of mind-body connection. It is in this process where we witness the interconnected world that we have within. The mind body energy leads us to experience every sensation and feeling within. Here we do not move our body to reach an end goal of completion or perfection , it is to just experience the sensation of being alive and expand every inch of us into this depth of wholeness.

Personal Message from the host on Movement Meditation

I have struggled half of my adult life into wondering why I need to move my body. 

Do I need to get fit or just fit into a criteria of a societal structured body?

Do I need to get slim or just suppress the truth of a changing evolving being within? 

Do I need to get in the present moment or do I need to just lessen the pressure of being on alert all the time?

Do I need to stop my thoughts or do I need to stop reflecting on a life that doesn’t align with my sensations and capacity within? 

Do I need to get still or Do I need to avoid releasing the excess stored energy within and let it express itself? 

All these questions just brought me back to the point where I realized that moving our body has never been about an aim or goal or process , it is sacred celebration of being a human a human that is a part of the wild nature , where moving is like an expression of gratitude and vitality that we feel in every moment to something within and beyond our manifested physical world. It is like a prayer to the Earth that thrives with us as a being. It is like a ceremony to release and invite energy for us to thrive. It is like a laugh loud out from a child to the sky that seems like a world to sink in. It is like a love letter to Love itself for the sensations that arise with every moving cell. It is like the creation of a safe space , where every emotion and feeling flows like a river with their own rhythm. It is like a weaving of different sensations into the fabric of the story for us to listen to.


These reflections are from my process into the moving of my body , be it a dance in the corner of a street, a pose, a shaking shout in my room, a crying push on my bathroom floor, a laughing loud in the grass, lots of hugs on my loved ones heart, a anxious shake in a room full of people, a hurried walk on the street to run from myself, a grounded walk near a tree, swapping sides while I sleep awake in my bed , dancing in my pajamas while I adore my feet, biting my nails while i wait for a callback, tapping my feet into the beach sand, pressing my back and neck after a traveling day and so many more to experience. Everyday I move, everyday my body moves me towards and away from something , everyday movements express stories from within, everyday movements connect me to the earth, everyday movements happen and I expand and invite each one of them into my sensational experience of being human.
